TOURNAMENT HOSTING : FULL GUID (R.R AND K.O) BY Dubloon & Artemis001 !

%)This is important facts that is needed by host:

1. If u, the host, want to make announcements (the yellow writing where the host tells you about the tournament) type "/me" and the message u want send about the tournament after that. Take note that this only works in a chat room.

2. You must have a time limit to your tourney.

3. You must host your tourney in either the Tournaments - Blitz or the Tournaments - Bullet room.

Remeber:

Bullet is:

10 sec + 1
1 min
1 min + 1
2 min
2 min + 1

Blitz is:

2 min + 2
2 min + 12
3 min
3 min + 3
5 min
5 min + 5
10 min

4. There must be a limit on how many players u want to play in the tournament. For a beginer start with four and work ur way up.

5. You get different types of tournaments namely:

#)Knock out (or K.O.) In knock out players play there opponents and if they win they go through to the next round and if they loose they get "knocked out" of the tourney. It is basicly survival of the fitest.

#)Round robin (or R.R.) In round robin it is "All vs. All" so everyone plays everyone. Here the one who wins the most matches wins the Tourney

1)First fill the informationGive these information to the Public room

3)When you have finished filling the entries close the entries :

Its free and easy to use

Depending on the number of players in the tournament there will be a different nuber of rounds to be played:

4 players: 3 rounds
6 players: 5 rounds
8 players: 7 rounds

After each round you must shpw the players how many they have won eg.

/me 's ... min tourney Resluts so far
1. players name (1) [the 1 means he has won 1 game so far]
2. players name (2) [it goes on like that]
3. players name
4. players name
5. players name
6. players name
7. players name
8. players name

At the end of it all of the tourney you type this:

/me 's .... min tourney winner is: ............ !!! and the runner up is: ....... !!!

thanx to all players...

you can now ask a moderator (like dubloon or artemis001) in one of the two tourney rooms to change the topic to :... wins the tournament !!!
